Tigh na Bruaich is a single storey wood chalet approximately two hundred yards from Carrick Bay. The bay is a place of unspoilt natural beauty, boasting a nice sandy beach suitable for swimming.
The chalet faces the sea, with open farmland and the Galloway hills to the rear. The chalet is comfortably furnished, carpeted in all living areas and the kitchen area is fully equipped with oven hob and microwave. A washing machine, fridge and freezer are provided. There are three double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a further bedroom with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower, basin and electric immersion heater. A TV and video are also provided.
The chalet has a wood burning stove, for which logs and kindling are provided. A £1 coin meter is the means of payment for electricity. A smoke detector and fire extinguisher are supplied. There are outside drying facilities in the large garden and ample off road parking space. A barbeque, picnic bench and swing are for client’s use.
Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels but if specially requested these can be supplied at an additional weekly charge. A cot and high chair are available at no extra cost.
